Program Curriculum
(45-90 Day Treatment Program):

  • Introduction to all 12 Steps – All 12 Steps are completed by graduation
  • 12-Step Meetings (inside and/or outside of facility) (daily)
  • One-on-One Counseling (weekly and as needed)
  • Treatment Planning/Goals (weekly)
  • Drug and Alcohol Education Group (weekly)
  • Parenting education group (2 times per week)
  • Anger Management (weekly)
  • Relapse Prevention (weekly)
  • Healthy Relationships (weekly)
  • Aftercare Workshop (weekly) Alumna welcome and encouraged to attend
  • Meditation Group (daily)
  • Feelings Exercise (daily)
  • Physical Exercise (daily)
  • Meal Planning and Grocery Shopping (weekly)
  • Household Chores (daily)
  • Family Day (1 per month)
  • 15 day blackout (no phone calls or outside contact) (Emergencies are exceptions)
  • Smoking Cessation
  • Co-Occurring Disorder Education
  • IMS (Incidental Medical Services)
  • Evidenced Based Practices – Motivation Interviewing and Living in Balance

Recovery Residence
(90 Days Maximum Stay):

  • Must have Medi-Cal and proof of a minimum of 45-day residential program completion
  • Partially funded by RUHS-BH-SAPT (Riverside County)
  • 2 women per room
  • On-site Recovery Residence Manager
  • Bus pass for one month if needed
  • Private telephone for messages and job search provided at no charge
  • Free WiFi and computer for job search and resume creation/update
  • Access to counselors for aftercare/referrals and 12-step support
  • All linens, blankets and pillows provided
  • Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility provided
  • Separate cupboards for each guest
  • Shared refrigerators (3 guests per refrigerator)
  • Television/DVD/Netflix in common area
  • Comfortable home-like atmosphere

Recovery Services

  • Recovery services are available after completion of a course or treatment (residential and/or outpatient)
  • Wellness oriented
  • Emphasize participants central role in managing their health
  • Promote the use of effective self-management support strategies
  • Substance Abuse Assistance/Relapse Prevention
  • Support for education and job skills
  • Family Support
  • Ancillary services
